Holanda: Ventas de alimentos para retail alcanzan US$ 54.000 millones

In the page n° 2 of USDA Report of Netherlands, have mentioned the Dutch retail sector is rather consolidated, employing over 300,000 people, and operating in an estimated 6,130 stores.

The sector’s turnover is valued at $54 billion (€50 billion). Due to the increased costs of living, consumers are looking for products on sale and moving from branded products to private label products. Cheaper, further processed variants are gaining popularity as well as discount stores
