Francia: US$ 230 mil millones son las ventas de la Industria de Alimentos
The French food industry continues to demonstrate a strong capacity to produce. The sector mobilizes more than 19,000 companies, of which nearly 98 percent are small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
The sector generates $230 billion in annual revenue, and it directly employs more than 463,000 people and indirectly contributes to nearly 2 million jobs in France. The French agri-food industry has tremendous political and economic influence.
