UE: autoridad alimentaria modifica límite máximo de residuos para pyraclostrobin
In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, the Netherlands, herewith referred as the evaluating Member State (EMS-NL), received an application from BASF Netherland BV to modify the existing MRL for the active substance pyraclostrobin in leafy brassica. In order to accommodate for the intended use of pyraclostrobin, the Netherlands proposed to raise the existing MRL from the limit of quantification value of 0.02 mg/kg to 1 mg/kg. The Netherlands drafted an evaluation report according to Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, which was submitted to the European Commission and forwarded to EFSA on 23 June 2011.
