|6.||Description of content: The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) is proposing to revise the MOPH Notification concerning food contaminated with Cry9C DNA sequence or protein as follows:
(1) The MOPH notification (No.215) B.E. 2544 (2001) entitled “Prescribed prohibited foods to be produced, imported or sold” (dated 18 January 2001), and its amendments No. 217 and No. 248 are repealed and replaced by this (Draft) MOPH notification.
(2) Food contaminated with Cry9C DNA sequence or protein derived from the Cry9C DNA, shall be prohibited to produce, import or place on the market.
