6. | Description of content: On 31 March 2010, EPA received a petition from Earthjustice requesting that all uses of iodomethane (methyl iodide) be suspended and cancelled. The Agency is posting this petition for public comment. Following the public comment period, EPA will evaluate the petitioner’s request, consistent with the statutory standards set forth in the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. |
