Modifican regulaciones para pescados en conserva, excluyendo a las sardinas
BRAZIL’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Supplies has changed the rules governing canned fish, excluding sardines.
Under the new regulations, products such canned salmon, horse-mackerel, sea-horse and cod must contain a minimum meat content of 50% in relation to declared liquid weight and an exact description of how the fish has been prepared.
