6. | Description of content: This final rule establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of C9 rich aromatic hydrocarbons; C10-11 rich aromatic hydrocarbons; and C11-12 rich aromatic hydrocarbons, when used as inert ingredients in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops or to raw agricultural commodities after harvest. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of C9 rich aromatic hydrocarbons, C10-11 rich aromatic hydrocarbons, and C11-12 rich aromatic hydrocarbons. |
