EE.UU exportadores californianos ponen sus ojos en México como potencial importador de frutas secas
CALIFORNIA’s dried fruit industry is looking to Mexico as a potential importer in an attempt to bolster sales. As such, a trade mission comprising US producers and processors of dried fruit has visited potential buyers in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City.
According to Ag Alert, a US dried fruit booth at a recent food show in Guadalajara generated at least 40 trade leads, with Mexican buyers said to be very interested in prunes, raisins, apricots, figs, dates and peaches, in addition to dried tomatoes.
