The following communication, received on 22 June 2011, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Canada.

| Established Maximum Residue Limit: Imazamox |
| The proposed maximum residue limit document for imazamox notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/475 (dated 27 October 2010) was adopted 17 June 2011 as the Established Maximum Residue Limit: Imazamox (EMRL2011-39).
The MRLs documented therein are legally in effect as of 17 June 2011, the publication date of EMRL2011-39. A complete list of all pesticide MRLs legally established in Canada can be found on the Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides webpage in the Pesticides and Pest Management section of Health Canada’s Website (“http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/pest/part/protect-proteger/food-nourriture/mrl-lmr-eng.php“). |
