The following communication, received on 9 December 2011, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Canada.

| Established Maximum Residue Limit: Tralkoxydim |
| The proposed maximum residue limit document for tralkoxydim notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/536 (dated 1 July 2011) was adopted 6 December 2011 as the Established Maximum Residue Limit: Tralkoxydim (EMRL2011-73).
The MRLs documented therein are legally in effect as of 6 December 2011, the publication date of EMRL2011-73. A complete list of all pesticide MRLs legally established in Canada can be found on the Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides webpage in the Pesticides and Pest Management section of Health Canada’s Website (“http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/pest/part/protect-proteger/food-nourriture/mrl-lmr-eng.php“). |
