6. | Description of content: This draft technical regulation modifies Resolution RE nº165, 29 August 2003, by including in it the use of pyraclostrobin in the cultures of potato (Furrow application MRL 0,1 mg/kg and safety period not determined due type of application). |

To develop these studies, it is adopted the same criteria used by the Codex Alimentarius. In this specific case, the results found in this residue analysis indicated the MRL of 0,1mg/kg. |
