Australia: Comisión de Productividad rechaza aranceles provisionales de salvaguardia a frutas y tomates procesados importados
The Australian Productivity Commission has denied provisional safeguard tariffs on imported processed fruit and tomatoes. Emergency protection was requested by domestic processor, SPC Ardmona, earlier this year.
The final report on definitive safeguards, which could last for up to four years, is due in December. Provisional safeguards would last up to 200 days.
