Arándanos: Resumen de Investigación y veredicto final del USITC por caso de importaciones a EE.UU.
On the basis of the information in the investigation, the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) determines pursuant to section 202(b) of the Trade Act of 1974 that fresh, chilled, or frozen blueberries1 are not being imported into the United States in such increased quantities as to be a substantial cause of serious injury, or threat thereof, to the domestic industry producing an article like or directly competitive with the imported article.
Following receipt of a request from the United States Trade Representative on September 29, 2020, the Commission instituted this investigation pursuant to section 202 of the Trade Act of 1974 to determine whether fresh, chilled, or frozen blueberries are being imported into the United States in such increased quantities as to be a substantial cause of serious injury, or the threat thereof, to the domestic industry producing an article like or directly competitive with the imported article.
