BLUEBERRY fields in Canada’s British Columbia are under threat by a lack of bees to pollinate plants in the area.
Although the warm and dry weather of recent weeks is offering ideal conditions for plant and fruit development, and some sources are already talking of the possibility of another bumper crop, a significant number of famers may be affected by the absence of honey bees.
